The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants is the only certifying organization for physician assistants in the United States. So when they came to us needed a better way for Physicians to keep track of and log continuing education requirements, it was really important we got it right.
My team conducted interviews, ethnography studies and persona development. We crafted wireframes and prototypes and tested them. The attention to user needs and simplifyin ga complex process resulted in a more efficient and effective tool for busy PA's to maintain their certification. This app increased task completion and user satisfaction. The success of the desktop project led to an additional engagement to create an iPhone and Android app, helping PA's to meet their certification requirements on the go.
